Adding user on Call Tracking Metrics

  1. Login to Call Tracking Metrics
  2. Click on “Settings” (top right corner)
  3. Click on “Manage Users”
  4. Click on “New User” (top right corner)
  5. Under “Email Address” – add “pete@searchappeal.com”
  6. CTM will know that “pete@searchappeal.com” has an account – Click on “Show User”
  7. Under the “Accounts where the user will have this role:” – Select your current account.
  8. Under the “Assign Roles” section. Click on the drop down box labeled “+ Add Role”
  9. Select “Administrator”
  10. Click on “Save Changes” button
