Facebook Access – Adding Your Account Manager

This is to provide Local Search Appeal with access to manage your Facebook Page.

Go to facebook.com

From there your profile should open up. Please click your profile photo in the top right corner.

Click your business logo in the top right corner next to your name under this menu.

This should switch to your Facebook Page.

On the left-hand side, click the Business Icon to open this menu.

Choose “Professional Dashboard”. Alternatively, this may be “New Pages Experience”.

Once the Professional Dashboard, navigate to the “Page Access” setting on the left-hand side.

On the Page Access Page, under ‘People with Facebook’, click “Add New”:

A prompt should pop up about ‘What Access Means’. Click “Next”.

In the box, please copy and paste the URL your account manager gave you or the name of the person they’d like you to add.

Be sure to give them “Full Control”–this will allow them to manage your page and add our agency as a Business Account manager.
